Thomas L Carnes, III (Trey) is a graduate of Shorter College and obtained his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law located in Jackson, Mississippi. Prior to opening his own practice, Trey represented many of Georgia’s largest hospitals and healthcare systems in the area of third party reimbursement. He began is legal career with a boutique law firm in Cartersville, Georgia, specializing in motorcycle related injuries.

Trey is a proud resident of Brookhaven. In his personal time, he enjoys playing golf, running and working on his heirloom, antique truck. He is also an avid Atlanta sports fan and regularly attends Braves, Falcons and Hawks games with his wife and son.
